Our stay at Sandals Montego Bay had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right by a gorgeous beach, and the facilities were decent, with a clean atmosphere. However, the service left much to be desired, especially for a honeymoon experience. We expected more attention to detail considering the price we paid.
My stay at Sandals Montego Bay had its ups and downs. The location is great, right near the beach and the airport, but the noise from the planes was a bit much. The room I stayed in didn't quite feel special considering the price, as it had a mildew smell and was smaller than expected. The dining options were just okay, lacking that wow factor, although the limited Jamaican food was a highlight. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was offered, making me question whether I'd return.
We had a decent experience overall at the resort, with some good aspects like the customer service and excursion transfers, but there were several hiccups that prevented it from being a truly special trip. The food was satisfactory, but not exceptional, and the lengthy rainfall put a damper on indoor activities. Given the high price, we expected more in terms of amenities and preparation for bad weather.

Overall, we enjoyed every moment and can't wait to return.
I had mixed feelings about my recent stay at this resort. The beach is beautiful and the location is quite convenient, but the service left a lot to be desired, especially given how much we paid for butler service.
